The room was spacious and the TV was nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was far from the hustle and bustle of the city, which made for a nice romantic escape. Plus, there was a hot pool in the spa that we enjoyed.
The breakfast was a let-down. It was poorly cooked and the service was slow.

The hotel lacks basic soundproofing, which can be bothersome due to noise from the nearby nightclub.

The hotel was located near the beach, which was a great spot for romantic walks. the hotel offered a nice breakfast every morning for us to start our day off with. the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.
Our romantic escape was ruined by the poor customer service. the staff seemed uninterested in helping us with anything we needed and were not attentive to our requests.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The front office guys and housekeeping team provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel has a pleasant scent. Affordable price. Willing to accommodate special requests. Great decorations as per my request. Overall warm and pleasant stay.
